Reflexology

Gentle pressure applied to the feet and hands, in order to engage and activate reflexes that correspond to all parts of the body. It is based on the Ancient Chinese method of Zone Therapy where it is believed that energy flows in the ten zones that run throughout the body. All the organs and parts of the body lie along one or more of these zones. Stimulation of these reflex zones can help restore the body’s normal physiological functioning, reduce tension, alleviate the effects of stress, and assist in bringing greater balance to the body and mind. By generating deep relaxation and opening up energy pathways, this non-invasive method reduces stress and improves quality of life.
