This website is published by ResilienceONE to tell you about Release & Rise, the Ahead Map, and the employer programmes. You may read it, share links to it, and use the forms as they are intended. You may not scrape it, copy it wholesale, or present it as your own.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. The retreat team includes coaches, a physical therapist, an energy practitioner, and a holistic psychotherapist. They are not acting as your doctor or your therapist for the week.

If you are in crisis, or considering harming yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services. Do not use the contact form or the Ahead Map for that.

The Ahead Map on this site is a questionnaire that produces a score. It is a steer, not a diagnosis, and not a reason to start, stop, or change medical treatment. Share the result with a practitioner if you wish. Do not treat the number as a finding from a lab or a clinic visit.

Sending an inquiry does not reserve a place. A place is held when payment clears and we confirm it.

Payment is taken through Wise, which has its own terms. Photography and film consent is a separate Google Form; saying no there does not change the rest of your booking.

Cancellation, confidentiality, and indemnity are in the intake form. That is the agreement that applies to the retreat, including the 30-day cancellation window.

We take care with names, dates, and what we claim. Retreat dates, prices, and the team can change. If something on the site and something we have told you directly disagree, what we have told you in writing is the one to go by.

Links to Wise, Google Forms, and (when it is set) Calendly leave this site. Their terms and their privacy practices apply once you are there. We are not responsible for those pages.

The writing, photographs, and design on this site belong to ResilienceONE or are used with permission. Guest quotes are used with the attribution they chose. Please do not republish the materials as your own.

This website is provided as information. To the extent the law allows, ResilienceONE is not liable for loss that comes from relying on the site alone, from a third-party service linked here, or from being unable to use the site. That limit does not affect rights that cannot be excluded, and it does not replace the indemnity you sign for the retreat itself.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the date they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to that use.
