Integrative Health Coaches empower clients to make lasting health behavior changes to support lifelong well-being. They bridge the gap between information and transformation – inspiring resilience and change that is sustainable.

Coaches focus on engaging individuals in their own health choices, resulting in better outcomes. We create individualized plans based on your vision. Our non-judgmental coaching partnership complements the treatment you are already receiving from your health care providers. Coaches respect the self-healing capacity of humans and honor the mind-body connection. We can recommend integrative therapies to support your health goals, including, nutrition counseling, massage, acupuncture, movement, hypnosis, art, and mindfulness.
