Sue collaborates with healthcare leaders to advance Progressive Health's mission. Previously, she was Director of Development for the Colorado Neurological Institute (CNI) and consulted HealthONE’s Swedish Medical Center. Her industry experience includes fundraising, public speaking, and consulting to Yampa Valley Medical Center, Health Magazine, Vail Associates, and Arizona Heart. Sue graduated from the University of Denver and studied entrepreneurship at CU.
In her role as Integrative Care Director, Kim administers on-site integrative wellness programs and services for employees. Her studies at Duke University and with Amit Sood, M.D., Mayo Clinic have given her the tools to become a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and offer evidence based techniques and behavioral change for nutrition, sleep, stress, mindset, environment, and sustainable lifestyles.
Since 2002, Charla has trained as a health and fitness professional with multiple certifications through AFAA and HeartMath. In her work as a Flexologist, she utilizes assisted stretching and coaching to combine her passion of working one on one with clients, focusing on stretching their entire body and specific areas of tension with PNF. Charla is also a Master Reiki practitioner, loves to read, and learn new approaches to health and healing.
Robyn obtained a Master's of Arts in Teaching from the University of Pittsburgh (2015) and has worked as a middle school teacher within Denver Public Schools for the past six years. She earned a B.S. in Lifestyle Medicine from Metropolitan State University (2020) and became a health teacher and health coach. As a health and wellness professional, Robyn inspires others to establish a mind-body connection to ultimately lower stress, regulate emotions, and be more kind.
Aaron is a Quantum Energy Coach, holistic chef, and author of 'Don't Wait Until Your Sick'. Quantum Energy Coaching (QEC) is a simple and effective coaching tool that aims to change self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level and can be used for stress/anxiety and depression, healing and releasing trauma from the past, pain management, confidence and self-esteem building as well as improving relationships.
Timothy is a licensed and board-certified acupuncturist. He is trained as a generalist and specializes in pain management and stress relief utilizing a combination of modern acupuncture techniques and traditional Chinese medicine. Common conditions he treats include pain, stress, anxiety, headaches, digestive discomfort, insomnia, menstrual irregularities, and more.
Adriana specializes in calming mind, body, and spirit by blending music and massage together to deliver a deeply therapeutic experience and sensory release. She graduated from Heritage College of Denver as a licensed massage therapist (2008) and is passionate about healing and helping others embrace their health to feel great.
