Community Acupuncture

Through the insertion of thin needles into the fascia and muscles of the body, acupuncture improves the body’s functions and promotes the natural self-healing process by stimulating specific anatomic sites—commonly called acupuncture points. The process decreases inflammation and relieves pain by releasing endorphins, increasing oxygenation within the layers of tissue, and by affecting the part of the brain that governs the brain chemical serotonin. Effects may be felt as quickly as immediately after the first treatment, and multiple treatments increase the duration and likelihood of positive effects.

Community Acupuncture is a 30m session in a group setting, disrobing is unnecessary. It promotes relaxation, pain relief, brain clarity and increases energy and stamina. It is also effective for the following conditions: stress, anxiety, depression, headaches, fatigue, insomnia, pain, and much more.

Studies suggest that acupuncture can help treat:
